The Nashville Dental Society is the professional home of more than 600 dentists and specialists in the Greater Nashville area. NDS has three sponsorship levels: silver, gold and platinum. For the 2026-27 program year, we offer the following sponsorship opportunities.

Silver Sponsorship | $750 annually

  • Recognition as a silver sponsor in each NDS newsletter and email

  • Listing and link on the NDS website

  • Company name announced at each NDS membership meeting

  • One complimentary dinner at two NDS membership meetings

  • List of members who attended the membership meetings

  • Can contribute to the NDS blog – Brushing Up

  • Opportunity for add-ons such as becoming a meeting sponsor or sponsoring special events

  • Recognition as a gold sponsor in each NDS newsletter and email

  • Logo listing and link on the NDS website

  • Table space for your company display at 4-5 NDS membership meetings

  • Company name announced at each NDS membership meeting

  • One complimentary dinner at all NDS membership meetings

  • List of members who attended the membership meetings

  • Can contribute to the NDS blog – Brushing Up

  • Opportunity for add-ons such as becoming a meeting sponsor or sponsoring special events

Gold Sponsorship | $1300 annually

  • One lunch and learn webinar each year (NDS can issue CE if appropriate) promoted via NDS emails and social media

  • NDS member mailing labels (1 set per year upon request)

  • Recognition as a platinum sponsor in each NDS newsletter and email

  • Larger logo listing and link on the NDS website

  • Table space for your company display at 4-5 NDS membership meetings

  • Company name announced at each NDS membership meeting

  • Two complimentary dinner at all NDS membership meetings

  • List of members who attended the membership meetings

  • Can contribute to the NDS blog – Brushing Up
