WHO WE ARE
The Nashville Dental Society is a professional organization dedicated to supporting dentists in their commitment to improve the dental health of our community. A component of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association, NDS has more than 600 member dentists in Davidson, Macon, Smith, Sumner, Trousdale, Wilson and Williamson counties.
Nashville has a long, rich history of organized dentistry. The Nashville Dental Society was founded on October 10, 1865. NDS continues to support member dentists in their commitment to improve the dental health of our community. One way NDS has done this is by founding Interfaith Dental in 1994.

The Nashville Dental Society is dedicated to supporting our members, promoting the highest ethical practice of dentistry, providing continuing professional education, and oral health outreach to the community.
