A medical emergency in the dental office is an unexpected event. Dentists should be familiar with the prevention, diagnosis, and management of common emergencies and train their staff so that each person knows what to do and can act promptly. Dr. McKenna will discuss measures to prepare the dental office for a medical emergency. Management of specific medical emergencies will be reviewed. Staff are welcome if you want to make sure your whole team is prepared.
